Craig Stack has been closing multifamily investment sales in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region since the early 2000s — first at CBRE, then at Moran & Company, and with a period on the principal side before joining Colliers in 2014 to build what is now the CO Multifamily Advisors. Over a 25-year career, he has sold every type of multifamily asset: market-rate, affordable, student housing, and land for multifamily development, across Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. That range of experience — across asset types, market cycles, and buyer profiles — is what he brings to every assignment. Craig is a Colorado native and a graduate of Arizona State University.
Bill Morkes began his career as an active duty officer in the U.S. Army before transitioning to multifamily investment sales. He started with Marcus & Millichap in 2011 as a multifamily investment sales broker before joining Craig at Colliers in 2014 to form the CO Multifamily Advisors. Over a 15-year brokerage career, Bill has sold market-rate, affordable, and student housing assets as well as land for multifamily development, with transactions spanning Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. He is a Chicago-area native and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Nate Moyer entered the multifamily industry immediately after college, starting at Four Star Realty on the property management side before moving to Berkadia as an investment sales broker. While at Berkadia, Nate was recognized as a top national producer selling market-rate and student housing properties across Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. He joined the CO Multifamily Advisors at Colliers in 2025. Nate is a Chicago-area native and a graduate of the University of Colorado.
